# Unavallable date inside users tab in NewHub Admin ?

The date is linked to the license, that is, it is not the last time the user accessed, but the last time the license was used. If a user does not have a license, there is therefore no "last access" information.

**Note:** for analyzer capacity license there is no last used information in qlik, so it will also appear unavailable
