Do I need to allocate a license to the user in Qlik Sense to access NewHub?

You do not need to allocate a license to use NewHub; however the user will not be able to access Qlik Sense QVFs, as this is a resource that requires a Qlik Sense access pass.

Note: This user will still consume a NewHub license (even though he does not consume a Qlik License).
